About our e-Learning

Undertaking professional development (PD) courses is just as important as doing qualifications… Why? Because many PD courses have been developed by industry subject matter experts and are far more relevant in your work force than some of the courses churned out in the masses.

You can never learn enough in your life… most of us learn something new each day and don’t often realise it! Keep the brain active… study… and then study some more!!!

Our learning structure

The Document Control Professionals courses are now online and categorised as professional development courses as we no longer deliver face-to-face or via video. It is the same course material used when they were ‘Accredited Qualifications’.

Our courses are not designed to ‘teach’ all aspects of Document Control. This is how we are structured:

  • Terminology used will be foreign to you without this experience.
    • The 3 disciplines are : Corporate, Design/Engineering, Vendor/Supplier.
  • Our course material shows you the advanced processes but your work experience skills will add to this knowledge.
    • Unfortunately, if you do not have the experience with the 3 disciplines of Document Control, you may not be able to complete the course successfully. (Please consider this before enrolling as no refunds are provided.)

On successful completion of a course the learner shall receive a Certificate of Completion via email.

  • Marking can take up to 14 days.
  • Answering of messages can take up to 3 days.
  • Hours of marking and message replies: Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm Australian ACDT.
  • Enrolments – accepted 24/7: processed Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm Australian ACDT.

Our payment structure

  • All course fees must be paid in full before the enrolment login details are provided.
  • Once payment has been received no refunds shall apply – unless The Document Control Professionals cancel a course.
